Number 7257. This appears to be a seed bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera; Lygaeidae). The image is not clear enough for me to be certain, but one possibility is an elm seed bug, Arocatus melanocephalus, an introduced species that has been expanding its range in North America since 2012.
