Minute pirate bug

6867.      These were found in my home last month. I find black eggs an whatever it is, bites, lays eggs everywhere esp. on me round flat.. white paper like eggs, an they get into all of my food source.. .. an turn into a worm species .. some are round hard shell black furry… that burrow into my skin .. please help! Number 6867. This is a tiny bug of some kind, possibly a minute pirate bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Anthocoridae).
