Black vine weevil

I am from Toronto, I found this thing walking around my bedroom. It is about one cm. 

6149  This is a short-snouted/broad-nosed weevil (Coleoptera: Curculionidae; subfamily Entiminae), likely a black vine weevil (Otiorhynchus sulcatus).  Adults will occasionally invade homes but they cause no harm there.
