Australian cockroach nymph

6155 I found this in a drawer in our house in Halifax Nova Scotia. Can you please identify and tell me if I need to be concerned. Thanks.  Ray

This appears to be a nymph of an Australian cockroach, Periplaneta australasiae (Blattodea: Blattidae), a peridomestic species found in many areas of eastern North America.
