Description:
We have an opening for a Full Time Bird & Wildlife Technician out of our Brampton branch. Duties will include:
- Inspect buildings and outside areas for commercial and residential customers
- Determine type of treatment required and provide estimate of cost to clients
- Trapping and exclusion services required with relocation services under municipal laws
- Coach and counsel clients to prevent pest infestation
- Inspect premises to identify entry points, extent of damage, and action plan for animal/bird resolution
- Route growth through sales
- Perform other duties as required
- Will be required to work at heights with ladder work and lift equipment
Requirements
- High-School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
- Will have to undergo a criminal background check; sign a non-compete agreement; participate in testing as part of the interview process
- Ability to manage and work as part of a team
- Sales experience an asset
- Routing experience an asset
- Working at Heights certificate an asset
- Some construction experience an asset
