Number 6312 This is a female two-spotted tree cricket, Neoxabea bipunctata (Orthoptera: Gryllidae; subfamily Oecanthinae). The male amplifies his mating call by chewing a hole the size and shape of his extended wings in a leaf and then positioning himself in the hole.
