This appears to be a larva of a firefly (Coleoptera: Lampyridae), see https://tinyurl.com/y7rrweg4 for an example. These are general predators on other small arthropods as well as snails, etc. The larvae of some net-winged beetles (Coleoptera: Lycidae) also can be similar in appearance.
